This Privacy Statement provides information on FindProperty.biz’s privacy and information handing processes. This Statement applies to the use of information collected by FindProperty.biz and information we disclose to others, however it does not apply to information regarding employees in their employment capacity. We use this information for website administration and statistical purposes. The information disclosed is that information provided by the real estate agent, and in the properties and descriptions uploaded by the real estate agent. Our site may contain links to sites of other parties, including real estate agents’ sites. Please note that other parties may have different privacy and information handling procedures.

FindProperty.biz may disclose information if disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to the individual's health or safety or if there is a serious threat to public health or safety. Furthermore, information must be disclosed to law enforcement officials upon the production of a warrant.

We will take reasonable steps to destroy information no longer required by FindProperty.biz.
